Quest Mace of Molag Bal

I recently started using most of my time on Skyrim collecting all of the Deadric artifacts. Now I'm trying for the Mace of Molag Bal, although, when I go to Markarth I don't see the people talking about the abandoned house. This is probably because I'm level 34 and I've probably missed my chance but if anyone knows how I can get this quest I would really appreciate it.
