Appearance: Wears the in-game armour of the Penitus Oculatus and a hood similar to one of a greybeard. He is muscular, and tall (standing 6'4). He has a multitude of battle scars accross his body and face. Carries an imperial sword that instead has the penitus oculatus logo on it, also has a silver sword hidden on his back and an ebony dagger hidden in each of his boots.

Occupation: Imperial Tribune (officer) Penitus Oculatus, (occsionally a Daedra slayer)



Personality: Caeser is very chivalrous, and very bold. Due to the atrocities he had seen and done he has developed distrust he holds towards everyone, knowing that he would be punished for them. During the great war he developed a kind of 'spidey sense', he could sense danger in a room filled with people. He is an ISTJ ( Introvert, Sensing, Thinking and Judging).

History: He was born to a very wealthy family in Cyrodil, His father: A General in the Imperial army and his mother: a restoration mage. He was taught by imperial scholars until the age of 20 and became one himself for a short time, during this time he had bad experiences with Daedra, as his fellow scholars were slaughtered in a Tomb belonging to Mehrunes whist trying to research more about the Mehrunes' razor, as a result he began working alongside the Vigilants of Stendarr because of his hate for Daedras for a short period of time. After his father passed away due to natural causes, and his mother died of a terrible disease, He decided to return to tamriel and give up being a scholar so he joined the legion and live up to the same standards as his father and hopefully reach his position. The great war broke out and due to his education they made him an officer, fighting in the battle he had seen and made his men do many atrocities that still haunt him today, these atrocities are the reason he is unpleasant, but also very succesful. After some success in the battle he was re-assigned to the Penitus Oculatus where they needed his values in leadership, intelligence and ruthlessness. He spent majority of his time with the Emperor, as a personal body-guard. After some years he was given the duty to lead a section of the penitus oculatus for the purpose of eradicating dangers to the emperor (such as the dark brotherhood). He used to have be married to his generals daughter, however whilst he was away on duty she was secretly with another man, he still seeks another woman to share his remaining happiness and life with.

Personality: Zaraji is a bit of a greedy wench, and has replaced Maven Black-Briar as the unofficial ruler of Riften. Just as cold, cruel, and heartless, nothing happens there without her permission or gods help you. She has a particular distaste for Nords and those of the Legion/Dominion, and they're often the most abused in Riften as a result. The only ones who escape her wrath are her family, the Thieves Guild, and the Dark Brotherhood. Anyone else gets beat around. Although comparitively to the other races, the two Beast races get the best general treatment from her and her mooks.

Appearance: Long black hair, coming to his shoulders.
A mustache on his upper lip. Blood red pupils. Wears high polished steel chainmail armour enchanted with sneak, enchanted steel chainmail boots for sneak, and chainmail gauntlets enchanted with sneak (entire armour is ebony chainmail but is made from high polished steel). He stands at 6 foot tall and has an athletic build.

History:
In the year of his birth, Vlad's father traveled to Skyrim, where he was then vested into the Order of the Dragon, a fellowship of knights sworn to defend Vampirisim against the encroaching Dawngaurd. He was educated in geography, alchemy, destruction magic and combat, and worshipped and served Molag Bal. After decades of war between the order and the Dawnguard, the order had been slatughtered by the Dawnguard. He feld but was later imprisoned by Redguards, however once he broke out he went to a forest not far from a village that was relatively close to the Dawnguard's fortress and In one night he single handedly cut down every tree and fashoned each of them into steaks. The next morning the Dawnguard had found out about his escape from the Reguard and had sent their army out to find him, however they found that an entire village had been impaled and raised in the air by these steaks, They were so frightened by what had happened that they retreated and the Dawnguard had became disbanded within a decade; as a result he was awared immortality when Molag Bal had spoken to him in a dream. His name was passed from mouth to mouth throughout Tamriel and he bacame known as Vlad the impailer. Everyone knows about him He was the most wanted in the continent for 210 years, until a lookalike was killed.

Current life:
He spends his time feeding, selling artifacts and illegal goods, assasination contracts. He has become a ledgend and rumours are that he is still alive, the Dawngaurd order is being bought back after the Volkihar Clan has been getting stronger and stronger. He aids them and remains a close friend to Lord Harkon, and has connections to the Dark brotherhood.

Myths that are belived by people about Vlad:

-He's so old that he knew the nightmother personally
-He has been the mastermind behind the assassination of every emperor and high king
-His remains are inside of Castle Volkihar
-Ysgamor himself stuck Vlad's head on a steak outside of the Jorrvaskr

Name: Rydar Drake (Pronounce Rydar like Ryder)

Race: Argonian

Appearance:



Rydar is of a lean and muscular build with brown scales and blue eyes. Like the picture, he has blue feathers and two horns. However, his left shoulder has a black tattoo of a sea-serpent. He has a cool, calm gaze and often looks bored because of it. Rydar's blue feathers are very thick, and he cuts them to create the wind-swept and spiky hair-do in the picture.

Gear:

- PLAIN CLOTHES -
Rydar is often seen in the blue, long-sleeved (rolled up sleeves), tall-collared shirt with a leather vest, a pair of gray pants, a black belt, a pair of blue fingerless gloves, and the blue foot-gear in the picture.

- ARMOR -
Rydar has a simple set of tan leather armor, which is essentially the Thieves Guild Armor without all the pockets, the sash-thing, and the hood. It's just a simple set that fits loosely on Rydar, allowing him freedom of movement.

- WEAPONS -
Rydar carries a simple steel sword, which he wears on his back instead of his hip. He also has a small utility-style knife used for cutting ropes and such.

- OTHER -
Rydar has a simple tooth necklace with four teeth from random creatures Rydar has come across. Most of the teeth are smaller slaughterfish teeth.

Personality:

Rydar is fun-loving, kind, and easy-going. He likes to swim, run, fish, and swordfight. He values hard-work and integrity above strength and courage, but still places value on these traits. Rydar also has an affinity for music and is a very talented lute player, though he does not plan to be a bard.

Backstory:

Rydar grew up with his family in Black Marsh under a different name, spending a good deal of his youth working at a fishery, or on fishing boats. He volunteered to climb the masts and work on the sails at a young age, loving the challenge and the heights. When Rydar came of age, he left Black Marsh to become a traveling sell-sword and picked up on his affinity for music and swordfighting.

Since then, he has seen most of Tamriel and has earned himself a handsome amount of coin. Even though Rydar is often busy, he finds time whenever he can to visit his family and work at the fishery.

In combat, Rydar is daring and ruthless, and is surprisingly comfortable taking risks, provided they pay off.

Other:

Due to a bad accident during a fishing trip, Rydar has a chronic pain in his right wrist that bothers him from time to time. This caused Rydar to develop a habit of rolling his wrist to work out the pain.
