wrighty

Thalmor 3rd Emissary
Yes I would say so, it's more in line with the forsworn bretons which have more scottish names.

Ru;indil

Mage Lord of Skywatch
Wrighty is right , but certain Bretons have French names too , so you could've gone for that too.

Sir Not-Appearing-in-This-Film
Breton names are primarily French or Scottish in descent.

Just don't name him something ridiculous like Dr. Fopolopolos and you're fine.

The Laoch

He is the Prince of Order. Or was it biscuits?
I say they are more celtic as in European main land celts like bretons. I find some Nords have welsh/gealic names and of course Scandinavian.

As a general reference 'pure' Bretons, ie natives of High Rock or immigrants tracing their lineage to High Rock, use French sames; Maurice, Gaston, Delphine, Jeanne, etc. They will also typically have Surnames as well; Jurrard, Frasoric. The Bretonic Reachmen are actually a Breton-Nedic crossbreed, and so they have Gaelic names; Eltrys, Drucia, etc.
