Is it worth getting your smithing to lv. 100

I think it's def worth it, getting Smithing to 100. Dragon armor is worth it because 1)Looks ba, 2)Great stats and 3)Really easy to make. I favor light armor, so all I needed to make my set was dragon scales, and you only need 10 to complete the light armor set. I think you need 10 Dragon bones in addition to the scales for the heavy armor. Dragons pop up pretty often so I had the set quick. Once I had the set, I upgraded them to legendary which is only a few more dragon scales.

But now that I have a full set, and it's fairly easy to find dragons, I can make more and turn a profit.

I haven't passed it (I'm close to doing so) but from reading around apparently they don't. You only stop leveling and getting PP when you have 100 everything. You can read something about that here.
