why is this?
imperial camps don't show up on map

If you've completed the Civil War in favor of the Imperials, the camps are removed. The Soldiers occupy forts and cities you've taken over. You'll find the Legate of the Camps in the Jarls palace of each respective Hold their camp was in.

if you go up to the map with little blue and red flags on it and click on them it will be marked on you map
