I have heard that Nocturnal is the Chief Daedra like how Akatosh is the Chief Aedra so if your a Vampire Lord do you belong to Molag Bal the same way as a Werewolf belongs to Hircine and what if your a vampire lord and molag bals champion? and does Nocturnal override them all and just take you since I guess she is the chief or king daedra

Who told you that about Nocturnal? They're mistaken, Nocturnal is the daedric prince of Shadow, that's it. Nocturnal does however, play a part in luck, and is therefore revered by many thieves.

There are a lot of people here who know a lot about the Daedra, I'm not one of them. I do know, though, that Jygallag (prince of order/tasks?) became so powerful that the other Daedra cursed him and creating Sheogorath (prince of madness). I think the entity above the Daedra would be Sithis, but beyond that you start going into Anu, Padomay, Lorkhan, etc, which I don't really know much about (yet).

I believe that vampires retain their souls, but are made to serve Bal's aims simply by being a vampire (ie, feeding, terrorising people, turning people, etc). I may be wrong, though.

It's not hard to copy and paste a link from your phone.

And I'm not used to being told I'm wrong without any proof or any source other than "being told." If I said I was told that the earth was flat, I wouldn't tell someone that they were wrong just because they said otherwise.

http://uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Nocturnal

There's no mention of Nocturnal being any more powerful than any other of the Daedric Princes. Read the lore and do your own research before you call someone out for being wrong.

Nocturnal is called the Ur Daedra which means king of the daedra

I'm afraid I'm going to have to back AS88 here. I've never come across any in-game book or entry in the official or unofficial wikis which states Nocturnal is more powerful than other Princes, is the ruler of the other Princes, or any mention of the phrase 'Ur Daedra'. You are really going to need to provide references and sources for this claim.

Okay, I've done some research of my own, and there is some corroboration with your theory.

On these threads, the same person refers to Nocturnal as the most powerful Daedra. No references or proof is given, though. Without proof, I have to discount it.

Nocturnal claims to be an aspect of the void of Oblivion itself, and takes such titles as Mother of Night or Night Mistress.
http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Nocturnal

Still no reference to any in-game lore or any quotes from anybody. However, this sentence is reminiscent of the Night Mother who provides the Dark Brotherhood with contracts. The Night Mother is also suggested (below) to be Mephala, the wife of Sithis, just a woman, or some combination of these. References in the below article to a Lucky Old Lady Statue may also draw links between the Night Mother and Nocturnal.

http://uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Night_Mother

Nocturnal is thought to have numerous realms in Oblivion (see lore article above), perhaps this is because she is linked to Mephala, Sithis and any mortal form of the Night Mother. This may give rise to an argument that Nocturnal is therefore one of the most powerful Daedra, simply by being associated with the other Princes and powerful entities.

If you want to debate, bring some research and back-up to the table. In five minutes I've found enough sources to provide a debate, yet there is still no evidence, as far as I've seen, of Nocturnal being some mega-powerful Ur Daedra that you "were told."

So let's see some evidence.

Anton Volkihar, I've done the hard work for you. It's also expanded my knowledge on a Daedra that isn't really covered very much in Skyrim.

Nocturnal is accorded the title Ur-dra by nearly all the Royalty of Oblivion. As the mother of night, she claims to be an aspect of the original Void itself, and it is generally deemed best to fortify this declaration in one’s evening prayers.
As written by Michael Kirkbride in Imperial Census of Daedra Lords
It appears that Nocturnal does have an overriding amount of power, perhaps more than the other Daedra. However, this doesn't automatically mean that your soul belongs to her should you make a pact with another Daedric Prince. This version was written (according to Kirkbride) before Uriel VII's death, so this may have since changed slightly since then.
