It's nothing big, just an in-game book. However, it's not in the Imperial Library, so I thought t was worth posting. It's a book called 'The Fool, The Jarl And The Daedra' (I think) and it references several things from the Elder Scrolls games, including the arrow in the knee gag, stolen sweetrolls, and CHEESE FOR EVERYONE.
You can get it by pick-pocketing Cicero when you find him by the Loreis farm - but it won't be there when he turns up at the Sanctuary, so get your timing right.
