how to become an assassin sniper?

there are some skills that teach people to become an assassin sniper.

the ways of becoming a assassin sniper is to always aim higher to where you are aiming I aim very high up and I get a kill about a few yards away.

if you aim lower to where your aiming you wont get a good shot but if you use the zoom in perk you can zoom in on your target and take em out.

P.S. you info is wrong too. If you aim high on anything but a close shot you'll shoot over their heads. Aim for the neck/upper chest for a long range head shot. Unless your only making close range head shots... Which makes you a very crappy sniper doesn't it?
