How change karlians clothing?

So i got this mod called lonely karliah And it makes her ur followe and u can also marry her anyways ive been trying to change her clothing but no methoads seem to work ive tried taking her nightingale armor off but it does not come up and ive also tried those code things with the id forgot what its called but it still wont work any help me?

Try this mod:

UFO - Ultimate Follower Overhaul at Skyrim Nexus - Skyrim mods and community

After that, tell your follower "You know...", followed by "You could dress better", which makes any and all weapons and armors they wear removable and they won't reappear back in their inventory, so you can then change their outfits with whatever you want.

Lol I'm surprised the dialog doesn't follow with "who are you to tell me how to dress?!" Or something to that affect.
