Help making vampire character for Dawnguard

Tips and suggestions please. Im a game veteran but never played as vampire. My main play style is stealth and ive chosen dark elf as my race. How do i distribute health, magic, stamina? Perks to get?

Well, I never personally made a vampire, but I think Fire Resistance is major. Frost is enhanced, but Fire is decreased. Also, I would think for a stealth, Stamina and Health. Bring lots of potions.

Well this is for dawnguard we really wont be able to help unless one of us are beta testers for the DLC or you'll have to wait for the DLC to come out. But I highly suggest staying fed its hard but if you're level four vampirism you'll get butt raped so stay fed is the most important rule.
