Help finding Volkihar Vampires

I've been looking for some Volkihar vampires but I can't find any. Does anyone know a few locations where there is a 100% chance to spawn Volkihar vampires at around level 30? Thanks.

There are none. Volkihar Vampires are leveled enemies, meaning they will replace some vampires when you reach a certain level (they showed up for me around level 40-45)

you can try finding a vampire heavy area, save before you go in, then check it over and over. I believe dungeons randomly generate possible foes before you enter.

Hmm Shriekwind Bastion is where i found about 6 of them but of course i was level 50 at that time
