PC Heljarchen Hall CTD

I am getting a CTD everytime at Heljarchen Hall if I try to add add a smelter or workbench. I was able to add a mill/grindstone without a problem. I was able to add those items at the other two houses and it worked correctly. I contacted Steam/Bethesda Support and they think it is either a corrupt install or a third party add-on. Anyone else have this issue?

What is a ctd? I have xbox btw.

CTD (Crash To Desktop) I don't know what the XBOX would do. That is why I marked this a "PC"
