HEALTH DISAPPEARING FOR NO REASON

Hi all,

I am plaing Dragonborn DLC. I am currently going through one of the black books quests and even though I am not fighting my health bar keeps going down, I can heal back up to full again but it keeps diasappearing. If I do not heal I will die in about 30 seconds.

I have no disease or nothing is visible anyway, no clue as to whats wrong ?

I can leave the black book quest or fast travel to a different location or rest for 24 hours but still the health disappears !!!

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you playing on PC? If so
you can use the console command
tgm which stands for toggle god mode.
It allows you to be invincible and never take damage, I recommend using it. Going to an alter to remove all disease's (maybe that helps) then sleeping.
To access the console hit ~ on your keyboard, hope this helps.
In summary
1: hit ~ on the keyboard
2: type in tgm
3: go to an alter to pray to someone like talos's in white run to remove all disease's
4: go to an inn and sleep for twenty four hours
