Anyone know the deal with this guy? I was shown him the other day while a friend was playing, wondered if there was a quest relating to him or anything?

No. No quests. He's just an Easter Egg type dude. Kinda disappointing actually. He's really cool.

Yeah thats early on in the game right near a certain place before or after you kill your first *Blank*
I followed this questline for a while and to this day do not or cannot remember if i completed it as i dont have a Misc list for it and it is not in my main Questline ...good luck with this as i seem to remember coming to an abrupt holt with it for some reason prolly a more important quest at the time
