I've reached the Word Wall in Hag's End, but no word of power appears, even though I hear chanting. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I found the fix by experimentation. Here are the commands to fix it...

Set the stage as complete for the quest, then teach yourself the word the wall is supposed to give:

setstage FreeformHighHrothgarA 20
player.teachword 48ACB
