Ghorza gro-Bagol and the Investor perk (XBOX)

Does anyone know why i cant' seem to invest with Ghorza? It's not a case of running out of money, nor is it a case running out of merchants or a limit on how many merchants can be affected with this (I invested with Lisbet immediately after with no ill effects).

The option to invest with Ghorza is available, however the only dialogue choice that is offered afterwards is "some other time".

its a known bug and i cant seem to find a fix for it. Maybe try reloading to an older save and going through the quest line again/ just finish it again. Maybe that will fix it.
