Xbox 360 Get this DLC before finish main quest?

Is this DLC alright to get before completing the main quest?

Also what comes first dragonborn dlc or the other one? Which one should I get first other thank Healthfire DLC?

Dawnguard is a DLC you can start at level 10 and It's a good DLC you can do early in the game with no problem, Dragonborn requires that you have started the quest to retrieve the horn of jurgen windcaller from the greybeards which is easy to do but the island of solstheim can be very difficult for low level characters.
in short do dawnguard and then dragonborn.

Just remember if you get dawnguard be prepared for random vampire attacks and if you're not quick enough in dispatching them you will surely start losing merchants.

Can be annoying so thought I'd give you a heads up.

Hearthfire DLC can definitely be started before finishing the main quest. It's more about purchasing property, building houses and adopting kids and isn't associated with the main quest. You need a lot of septims, iron ingots and other materials if you want to fully furnish the houses, which ends up being a good incentive for adventuring and earning.
