Game doesn't run smooth

Why the game doesn't run smoothly in default graphic ( High ) because of this, I have to change the quality into low. There is a lag too when im moving the pointer on map, is there any fix for this?
Im using Sony Vaio S
Spec:
Intel Core i5 2410m processor 2.30GHz with turbo boost up to 2.90 GHz
4GB Ram
Windows 7 home premium 64 bit
AMD Radeon HD 6470M

is it supposed to run this way? is there any thing to make this game runs smooth in high quality?

That doesnt help at all... my spec is even above the recommended spec... why the heck if i use notebook?? i can play crysis 2 smoothly with this

not enough dedicated video ram

the video-card ram, usually notebooks have underpowered video cards

oh, but nvm the game now run smoothly after i changed the gaming perfomance in radeon catalyst control center, standard 3d settings, i found it was full quality then i changed it to more perfomance now it runs smooth
