Followers Epic Fails

I have Cicero as my follower on my secondary character, and he dual wields with Forsworn weapons... or pickaxes. Nothing else.

I get this glitch with Derkeethus sometimes. I'm just walking along the road, then he starts spazzing out and gets stuck in one spot until I fus ro dah him. Crazy man.

This one time, Lydia and me were clearing out a Draugr tomb and we got separated.....FOR 3 DAYS!
Then I entered Whiterun and she was lying in the middle of the road with 4 people and a kid molesting her. Seriously?
Later I felt good because I didn't have to hear her carry all my burdens and all my dragon bones were still on her!

There was another quest where you have to go in with some chick to kill this dragon priest, and my Atronach, Lydia and the chick WOULD NEVER STOP FIGHTING! I HAD TO RELOAD TO STOP THE CHICK FROM KILLING LYDAI!
