Enchanting questions?

I have a enchantment unlocked to make ur one handed 13% better but I want to disenchant an item that does the same thing except its 25% and it wont let me disenchant it cause I already know it?? What should I do? Cause I dont want to waste my daedric gauntlets I made on a plopsty enchantment.​

Also how does the gems you enchant with work. Cause I noticed diffrent gems make the enchantment better or worse. ​

The % of the enchant depends on your enchating level and any fortify potions.
And yes, better souls grand better enchantments.

But is there any way so I could disenchant the item with an enchantment I already know cause I have these gloves with 25% but already know the same enchantment except 13%

No, as far as I know it doesn't matter what the % is when you disenchant.
I told you on what it depends
