Easiest way to get enchanting up..

What's the fastest way that I can get my enchanting to 100?

I did my enchanting and smithing at the same time.

First you need about 10,000 coins...
You will want to go to each of the blacksmiths in whiterun, then fast travel to others you have met. Buy up all their Iron and Leather straps and just keep smithing daggers. Then buy a ton of petty soul gems and go hunting with a soul trap bow. Once you have a ton of daggers and ton of petty soul filled gems, start putting sweet enchants on the daggers. I put paralyze on all my daggers, it seemed to give the most exp to the enchanting category.

This will take some time and money, but you will have it done in no time at all. And remember you dont need to do it all at once. You can do 20 levels, do 3 quests, do 20 levels...
