Ok, I'm not one for conspiracy theories. In fact, I tend to despise them and usually go out of my way to show how stupid they are. I'm going to make an exception to that rule, so let's all break out the tinfoil hats and keep an eye out for black helicopters.
Microsoft had an agreement with Bethesda regarding DLC, giving them 30 days of exclusivity. We now have the contractually obligated first two DLC packages, and as per the contract both came out exclusively for the 360 for 30 days or more, then went on to be released for the PC, but, "development issues" have thus far kept us with PS3's from enjoying Dawngaurd and Hearthfire.
Now we get word of a third DLC, Dragonborn, and that this one, (which like Dawngaurd will feature new areas, new weapons, new armor) will be made available to PS3 players. Now why is it that they can get get Dragonborn to work so quickly, but not the first two?
But wait you say, those two did come out on the PC. True, they did, both the first two DLC's are available for PC's which operate on Microsoft Windows.
We can all remove our tinfoil hats now. In all likelihood a lesson was learned with Dawngaurd and thus Dragonborn may have been developed with the PS3 and the Dawngaurd issues in mind, but still, one does have to wonder....... (que dramatic music as I fade into the shadows)
