PC DOS Arena

I just downloaded a 10th anniversary version of Arena and as someone who never touched a computer prior to 2000 I don't know what I'm doing. (I'm not even very good with point and click interface)

The problem I'm having now is I need to input CD\ARENA but it says I need to switch to C: .
I try to switch to C: but it says I have to Mount it first. I don't know how to do that.

I got it to work put I'm having a little trouble actually playing it. It went back to a command line when I tried to enter a value when prompted by the gate thing at the end of the Imperial Dungeon.

And if someone could explain how to turn up the cycles that would be great. It's crazy laggy as it is.
