Do you use Galathil to reflect your class?

I'm talking about the woman from Riften that can alter your appearance.
Do you keep your mage thin, because he/she spends all their time studying magic and not swinging a heavy weapon. Do make your melee character heavily muscled from time spent wielding heavy weapons and smithing? I start all of my characters out skinny, shaved heads and baby faced. Over time (levels) I either add physical mass longer hair/beards or keep them thin if they practice magic. I find this adds to my role playing experience.

After the Diplomatic Immunity quest, I want to change my characters face to hide from the Thalmor. As for class, I don't judge it like that. All I care about are the skills.

I have used her to "update a few characters". You know maybe longer hair, new scars, etc..
