Disgruntled...

I'm working on completing enough thieves guild jobs to initiate the 'Under new management' quest. Anyone know exactly how many side jobs I have finish for Vex and Delvin before I can start? Also, will there be other fences available other than Tonilia and Mallus? I felt like I have been doing these side jobs non stop, and I am not getting any reward for them (other than gold, I suppose).
