Decoration Problems

Were these fixed in 1.4? I placed my statue of dibella on top of the safe in Proudspire Manor and it hit me the other day, that it hadn't moved. When i noticed that, i figured i'd load all my books onto the shelves in the basement by the alchemy table (there's never enough bookshelves and i want to display one of every book in the game) I saved before i did this, because i figured they would explode all over the room, but after i meticulously placed them all, i left the house and came back in, and they were all exactly where i placed them

So was this problem patched or did i just get lucky? Or are they eventually going to "re-arrange" themselves?

I noticed it too with some items, they end up flying across the room when i enter it. But i don't think they patched it yet, i hope they do though

Now that's pretty extreme. When i was in Hjerem i filled all the shelves in the secret room with empty soul gems, and when i came back it looked like that room was an indoor swimming pool filled with crystals lol . Are you on 1.4?

Even in the house in solitude it wouldnt stay anywhere. But just ended up on the floor not downstairs lol

Hmm, so they must not have patched it.. Maybe it's just proudspire. Or maybe my game just likes this character. I shall try Hjerem tonight

I've alway had issues with Solitude house with items not staying where I put them, falling through floors and such. Yes, I know the drop, wait, place them rule... Breezehome has issues with dragon claws not staying put too. When I find items that do that I just pack 'em away in a closet.

I find these glitches ridiculous and extremely upsetting. My biggest and only real disappointment with Skyrim.

The worst part was that I didn't know about them until it was too late. I very carefully arranged Dwemer artifacts all over the shelves in the basement of Proudspire, only to return and find a most upsetting mess. It looked like there had been an earthquake.

Hjerem is worse. With my mannequins ive had all 3 armor ssets disappear. They were there when I activated them but I had to take the items back then replace them. 1 mannequin i had ebony armor on the later I smithed another set of daedric and put it on there. Well a bunch of game days later I return and the ebony is back. I activate it and both ebony and daedric are there. So it duplicated a set of ebony armor (which had the ebony mail from daedric quest)
