Dawnguard Vampire

So i contracted became a vampire to enter the Soul Cairn (no way was i going in there weak) Next thing i know, the dawnguard people scream ur infected see Falion!!! So id like to know, if i become a vampire through the vampire disease (too lazy to look it up) will i be a vamprie lord? and also, if being a vampire through regular means doesnt make me vampire lord, can i become one again after the dawnguard main quest? Im trying to adjust and cope with being a vampire, so id really like to know.

No it will not make you a vampire lord because you won't be part of Harkon's bloodline. However I think you can become a vampire lord after you've finished but I'm not sure.
