Dark Brotherhood quest, Beitild

I can't seem to kill Beitild (boss of Dawnstar mine) without getting caught. My only options seem to be to do it in front of everyone during the day or sneak into her house at night. I tried over and over sneaking in her house at night and killing her in her sleep but the guards always seem to know.

I even had a perfect opportunity to do it after killing a dragon and while all the guards were gathered around staring at it , I ran to her house went in and killed her before she woke up. When I left her house, all the guards where running down from where the dragon was and chasing after me.

Any tips?

my first thought is how is your sneak skills? maybe gett a few items to raise buff that up. I haven't gone and killed him yet so I'm not sure.

i killed her in the day when i caught her outside from a long ways away. i used frenzy on her and let the guards kill her. but im sure a shot from a bow would be just as good. but as soon as i hit her i ran out of town. but if you find yourself being chased by guards get alot of money and pay off your fine. yeah youll forfit the bonus but the jobs done.

To be honest you can shoot her with a bow at anytime. However, you need to be in sneak mode. They will still hunt after you but they don't know it is *you* unless they actually detect you. So just sneak outa town, fast travel away and you are fine. Then unsneak and you can fast travel back and there is no bounty. Just be sure you are never detected doing it or right after the kill.

Thanks everyone! I will try getting her during the day. My bow skills suck, I haven't even used a bow once yet. But it seems this might be my only choice. I do like the idea of using frenzy on her. I will try all of your tips till I get that bitch..lol

So I just used a shout on her right in front of everyone then just opted to pay off the guard. When I would kill her in her house I didn't have that option. Doesn't make much sense but at least I did it without every guard trying to kill me.... lol
