DLC: I've only heard there are going to be a few and huge DLC. Morrowind and Cyodil (sp).
Though, I would like to see good horned helmets of the light armor kind. Maybe a weapon and armor pack. Let mages use magic staffs as weapons. All the other weapons people said was in the earlier games.
