Not the 640, its an office card. At least a 650 for playing games. I'd suggest to go with a 660 or, if you dont have a problem with AMDs, a HD 7870, which is better Price/Performance wise. You dont need 1600MHz Ram, you wont feel a difference to 1333, its only measureable. Rest is ok so far.

With a 550W PSU you are on the safe side. But dont take a 10$ P.O.S. Also, whats with cooling? The Boxed CPU Coolers aren't good at all. Consider buying a better one. Better cooling and also quite
