Xbox 360 Custom Destination marker help

I know this is a dumb question~I can't get rid of a blue marker that I placed on the map and it makes Clarivoyance not work, which I need cause I get lost so easily!
Can I just remove it? Thank you!

If you click on another area of the map a window will open up giving you the option to remove your current marker.

What Dagmar said. Click anywhere else. It gives you the option to replace your marker with a new one or to just delete it altogether.
