?craft bolt as a vampire?

if you first join dawngaurd and run all the quests for the crossbow and bolts, then later change to a vampire lord. Can you go back into dawngaurd and craft new bolts or are u just SOL.

You're SOL unless you are willing to change back into a mortal to complete those quests.

i have already completed the quests for the bolts and crossbows, i just want to know if i become vampire can i get back in to dawngaurd to craft bolts because that is the only forge that i have the option to craft them.

Yes, if you become a vampire you will still be able to enter dawngaurd and craft bolts. What you can't do is quest for the faction or buy any merchandise, but those are the only two things I can think of that you can't do.
