PC Can't marry Lydia in newest patch

I restarted a Warrior and I'm level 12. I already bought the amulet of mara from maramal in the bee in the barb, but i can't get lydia to marry me, the wedding option never appears.
I've tried the console commands too, but that didnt do anything either?
I'm in patch v1.7.7.0.6 with Dawnguard.

You have to purchase Breezehome in Whiterun to make Lydia available for marriage.
