I've done a few Companions quests and Dark Brotherhood, while being a part of Winterhold College and Theives guild, I decided to do a couple of the mage quests and I went to go sell some of my loot and all of a sudden after walking through the door through the cistern there is only one door!? To the Closet, I could hear one of the other members talking through the wall but no door.
