Xbox 360 Can't get Dawnguard after getting Hearthfire

Alright, so I'm trying to get dawnguard back after downloading hearthfire because i just started a new characters and i want to finish all achievements with him but three of them i need dawnguard which is starting to really annoy me. Can anyone help and this is a problem on the Xbox 360.

What's the problem here? It won't let you download Dawnguard?

No it just won't leave me download it again, which is really frustrating since i bought it and cant access it because it just starts playing hearthfire which i also bought
