Can't Find Skyrim Save File

I created a new save file as I wanted to try out having a Dark Elf character. But this morning when I wanted to continue playing on my main account, I couldn't find any of my other save files. When I clicked "Load" the only save files that were there were 4 auto-save files of me playing as a Dark Elf. I went to my trophies to see if I still had the ones I previously acquired and they're all still there. So I know I still have the file for my main account but how do I get to it?
