Can I make a dragon or Daedra shrouded Armor?

So i love the stats on my ancient shrouded armor and thieves guild armor, would it be possible to make a light dragon armor with those stats if i disenchant the shrouded armor?

Dragon armor is only limited to dragonplate and dragonscale. Other than those, no other dragon like armor can be made.

You could have some of your body outfitted with shrouded and the rest dragonplate/scale.

Well can I craft a better set of armor than the stuff im using? I already turned it legendary but it doesnt look the coolest.
