I like your sarcastic tone, but why wouldn't a company lie about having different voice actors. Just to show how multiculturalism is ''good'' and that they take employees from other ethnicities.

You can take this with a pinch of sarcasm to

Todd Howard is the king of lies and exaggeration in the video game industry.

Voice Cast (Skyrim) - The Elder Scrolls Wiki

48 of them in that article, if you count the single-character voices.
Actually there are ALOT more than 48. 48 is only what can be counted as pictures on that page.

Try this one: Skyrim:Voice Actors - UESPWiki

Even Dawnguard had 5 or 6 new actors on top of the "over 70 actors" quote given with Skryims first release.

I wish they would have put the Actor Michael Mack back in it though. I don't know why he isn't there. He has been In every "Voiced" Elderscrolls Game ever made upto this one... even Redguard! I'm almost sure they asked him to but he couldn't or wouldn't do it for some reason.

I would have ejaculated rainbows if Dave Fennoy had been in the game.

Yeah.. When I downloaded the DLC, hearing brand new voices was a breath of fresh air. I was especially surprised when I recognized Serana's voice as Laura Bailey's.

Is Nazir the only Redguard that has actually has a Black Voice actor? I though Bethesda employed over 70 voice actors for Skyrim. You mean to tell me that only one of them was black? I can't be the only one who thinks it strange that the Dessert Warrior Alik'r don't ethnic at all.

Why do you think it's strange?

One more thing.. Skyrim exists in a fantasy world. Now, who's to say that black people in this fantasy world are supposed to sound like black people from this world. In reality, it would probably be better if Bethesda invented brand new accents that nobody has ever heard before. ;) it would be more likely that peoples of Nirn would sound nothing like anybody we've ever heard before. :p

I agree. At first I thought that Argonians and Khajiit had new accents, but now Argonians sound kind of Native American to me (monotone voice), and Khajiit are kind of Middle Eastern or Eastern European-sounding.

James Lewis talks for Isran. That nearly DOUBLES the amount of black voice actors.

Isran's character, but not voice, annoyed me very much. He kind of made Dawnguard feel like Underworld or some other bad vampire movie. Example: "Sleep is for the weak" I mean, daaaamn, is this character overwritten.

"I can't be the only one who thinks it strange that the Dessert Warrior Alik'r don't ethnic at all."

While I would like to hear less white voice actors trying to sound black too, I don't understand this sentence. I don't even think it's possible to "don't ethnic at all".

Isran is a vampire slayer. For him to think that he's also some sort of sleep specialist? What a jerk.

...There were no better direct quotes available without loading up the game. I just think that Isran is overzealous and overwritten. He was practically quoting the original trailer for Skyrim... only about vampires. I knew it... I knew the vampires were coming. His whole disagreement with the Vigil of Stendarr is laughable. His dialogue was honestly the worst part of Dawnguard for me.

I think it would be great to have Morgan Freeman tell me that I'm dragon born. And I would laugh myself to death if an Argonian spoke to me with Chris Rocks voice (picture it in your head seriously, add facial expressions).

And the cornbread dude. He needs to be an orc, in Dragonsreach.

I dissagree, his behavior, aside from the way he ran the Dawnguard, made me feel very uncomfortable about joining them, you have the sensation that you're probably going to regret joining a group as extreme as the Dawnguard, though you really don't have much choice once you see what happened to the Vigilants.

All in all, you see Isran making crazy choice after saying crazy thing, and in the end, he really blurts out what is probably the most unexpected line of dialogue in all of Skyrim.

Good times with the coolest redguard I've ever met.
