Beast Form Inventory Glitch (Possible Spoilers)

So, I've just started a new playthrough as a completely unarmed Khajit and decided to take the companions quest line first. So the first time I SPOILERS ALERT become a werewolf in Whiterun I decide to kill a guard and for some reason I'm able to search and loot him. Any ideas on possible benefits to this glitch apart from awesome hunting and huge carry weight.

that does sound like a glitch. usually you can't manipulate anything except doors when in beast form. That's how I killed the two Redguards that hang out at the gate to whiterun. I waited until after midnight, left my follower in the house, went around back and out of sight of everyone changed into the beast. then I ran up, slaughtered one and opened the gate and sprinted off into the open valley. waited until I changed, re-equipped everything and went back and did it again for the other one. Killing them and not getting a bounty

ive never had this happen. but ive only turned into a werewolf like three times. but yeah if you can do that and still feed. then freaking do it. but dont let anyone see you turn back human. i know theyll fine you 1000 gold but im not sure if theyll attack you.

I tried to mine and I think I may have managed to but I changed back soon after that so I'm not sure.

I'm also a werewolf but I can't loot while in form. I did get stopped by a bandit asking for a toll once while transformed.
