I have a few of them now, which I like. Via Steam, I got the Azincourt sword, which I absolutely love, and from nexus, I just got the raider helmet and the cyrodiilic chainmail. Both seem pretty nice so far, but I haven't tested them much yet. The sword works flawlessly for me.

A great mod for immersion is the "Think To Yourself Messages" mod. All it does is change the game messages to the first person perspective. Here's an example:
"Do you want to serve your time in jail?" --> "I could just serve my time in jail..."
It's quite simple but it's really nice and very effective if you want to immerse yourself into the world of Skyrim.
