Another glitch errrr

So I downloaded the new patch for ps3 and every time I go into water and swim the game freezes.

Is this happening to anyone else? can I go back to the older patch somehow?

I believe someone said you can delete your cache, and that should fix it.

I got the new patch and was swimming for nirnroot last night. All was fine? Is this a ps3 only bug? I'm on 360.

Yes, it seems to only affect the PS3 users.

Well I fixed the water issure, but I was exploring and for no reason at all it froze on me again. I think its time for a new game,so tired of this crap.
