Alteration Leveling Help!

How do i do it? I got level 18 Alteration.

I cant get Telekinesis except in Benkongerike but im lazy. HOOOOOWWW?

I need some help: and how do i level restoration and were do i get Euilibriun.

Detect Life can be either bought (from General Merchant or Court Wizards) or earned in the quest "Infiltration". Equilibrium is found in Labyrinthian.

I just use healing and Equillbrium, it levels restoration and alteration really fast..

That's how I made my Altmer level 67...
