PC 3D Viewing Items

Hey guys! I don't know if any one else have encountered this problem but when I try to 3D view Items by pressing "c" it goes into the view but for some weird reason I can't rotate the item!

Its there any fix for this problem yet?

Nah on my normal home pc. I still can't view my items!
