    who won the war officially was it the Imperials or Stormcloaks?

    In the beginning I used to join the stormcloaks then on later playthroughs I chose the Imperials even though I liked Ulfric more then Tullius but I thought the Empire was better for skyrim for many reasons but who won the war officially?

    If you join the Dawnguard Serana goes to the Dawnguard the very people who wanna kill her and if you join the Dawnguard you destroy her whole clan including Garan Marethi who she seems to have known before her being imprisoned in that coffin thing and she even chooses to stay with the Dawnguard...
