    PC Steward won't offer house in Hearthfire!

    Yesterday, I bought Hearthfire for the PC because it had just come out. I bought the game, installed it, and started it. After doing all the quests for the jarl, I was disappointed to discover that the jarl's steward wouldn't offer me a house. I thought I had done everything right... helped...
