Hah. I've played a homeless person in Windhelm, and I spent so much time trying to figure out where the lady sleeps. I followed her for at least a couple hours. As I turns out, she never sleeps. Must be the skooma.
Why is it, when there's a rowing boat with oars by a river bank, the Dragonborn isn't intelligent enough to get in and use it. Nope, much better to just swim in icey water!!! Also, why do you never see people in boats moving along the waters??????
I would love it if we could use various water vessels...and it would be even better if we could swim underneath unsuspecting fishermen and tip their boats over!
Pheromones? (Goes along with what Neriad said above) The Dragonborn's got a dovah soul and he/she is young, so maybe the other dragons catch a whiff and think, "Mmm! Gotta get me some of that!" Then they show up and get royally pissed off when they realize they've been chasing a puny mortal.
Speaking of the Falmer: Why do they have coins locked away in their chests? It's not like they're going to stop by the market in Whiterun to buy fruits and vegetables from Carlotta. Same goes for the giants. I can understand having stuff like furs and weapons, but what use is money to people/creatures who can't spend it?

Why aren't I killed or captured when I run around Castle Dour/Palace of the Kings when I'm a member of the Stormcloak/Imperial army and I'm wearing Stormcloak/Imperial armour, and the exiled Jarls recognise me as a Stormcloak/Imperial soldier who played a part in the battle against their hold?
I won the war for the Imperials and yet when I kill a Stormcloak outside a city which is occupied by Imperials I get a bounty! What the hell man? I'm doing this for us!!

The exact same thing happened to me with a Stormcloak courier wandering around just outside Rorikstead. I thought I'd just head there and pay off my bounty considering I had a bajillion gold and it was clearly a glitch, but then all the guards started attacking me on site. Then when I went to Whiterun same thing happened. So I had to reload from a previous file.
And while we're on it, why won't the Stormcloak/Imperial generals die once the war's already been won?
Hypothetically, if I were to borrow a library book from the College of Winterhold's and then accidentally dropped it into the Hjaalmarch marshes would Urag gro-Shub notice the considerable water damage when I tried returned the book? And if so, is there any way to keep him from figuring out it was me?
