YouTube playthrough

I'm going to start a playthrough on YT soon (need a HD PVR first) but I wonder if people care much about the difficulty you play on?
And do people still watch new playthroughs after the game has been released for a couple months?

I watch Skyrim playthroughs. Never get tired of hearing peoples reaction to parts of the game.
Most of the playthroughs I'm following atm are playing on Adept - Master. Master being funny as hell since the guys die ALOT and get really mad. You could start on Adept and go to Expert after awhile when you feel it's too easy.

Yeah I quess I should go back to Adept, melee is way easier and having a follower is awesome.
Any suggestions for a follower?
And if they die a lot, how are they getting past a ice troll or dragon or whatever without wasting all their potions?
