You cannot wait, fast travel when gards pursuing you . No gards coming for me, try ed to get bounty and be arrested paid of, slept in prison nothing helps...

did int notice for long time because explored skyrim by foot lvl up and maid lot saves so to use old saves could try that...

If you were in Whiterun Farkas or Vilkas will act as a guard if you have a bounty in one of the 9 holds. To solve this problem, just go to any hold you have a bounty in and pay it off, or another solution is you could shout Farkas or Vilkas off the Skyforge. This video might help you as to what i'm getting at:

i looked for old save and started for almost beginning.... ​

i paid in all 9 holds for crimes an he will talk to me, but now i know what i needed to do ​
