in the college of winterhold quests; revealing the unseen when you first go to mzulft and go inside and you are supposed to walk over to the person lying on the ground i attacked him and now he will not die so i cant get the key to go inside, what do i do?

Unfortunately, it looks like the advice is to reload and earlier save. Look at this link and scroll down to the last item in the "Bugs" section.
