Alright, not sure what I did lol but I tried to start Steam this morning and got a pop up window that says "Running Steam in Windows compatibility is not recommended. Please remove any Windows compatibility setting for all users under file properties for Steam.exe and restart Steam. Press 'Cancel' to permanently this warning and continue."

I can't figure out where I change this at. Anyone else ever get this message and know where the file properties for Steam is ?
